It was value for money,you’ll have to walk to get to the room from the reception and to use the pool it’s in a different

As per budget it was just about ok.you wouldn’t expect more than you paid.

It was a little run down..The rooms were far and the pool was in a different building which was not mentioned in their description of the place.

Enjoyed my stays here.

My thrid visit to this hotel, says it all. A nice friendly hotel in Bangkok with great staff.

Room are getting a bit tired, could do with some upgrades.

Nice hotel but fading decor

Nice rooms, comfy bed and great swimming pool

I've been staying here for over 7 years now but the rooms are starting to look a bit shabby, could do with redecoration. Also Silom area has a big rat problem. Not the hotels fault but the local business leave food out in bin bags so the rats have easy access. Walking home at night is not pleasant

Good value, with helpful staff, well located close to the sky train.

Property is good value for the rate, its close to the sky train, staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and air conditioner worked well. The hotel has a very nice swimming pool and also a supermarket is located within the same complex.

There is no outlook from the room, with another building right next door.

Great Staff and great location in good 3* hotel

Staff very helpful and accomodating. Location very close to Villa Supermarket, good quality restaurants and a short walk to BTS Chongnonsi.

Original room had small bathroom and water from shower easy flowed into general bathroom area as shower door not good. Was moved to room with large bathroom and all good. View from Premier room I was in was not great. Security locker failed 3 days before end of my stay and, although I could have used security facilities at reception, I was surprised that my room locker not fixed before i left.

The location was good housekeeping were great has an on-site suoermarket handy if raning and it's normal prices sells everything could need

Checkin staff I arrive about 11 45. As I was early asked if it was possible to check in. Gave my name women checked then processed to ask for payment. Once I paid was informed checkin is only from 2pm. Later found put it was not due to previous customer not yet checked out as claimed. But light in room was broken . Don't take my money if the rooms not ready and especially if the room has issues . The sink drain was slightly blocked but as I know how to clear it I could fix it myself . Also the check in staff don't explain about any of tge facilities like the on site suoermarket. They only wanted to try to get me to pay fir an over priced breakfast as I had not prepaid for it. They want 180 bhat you can get much better for 60 to 80 bhat within minutes. Also the gym and pool are in another building which is not really practical and should be advertised as.

Excellent value for money

Second time here. The rooms are a little dark due to its location surrounded by tall building in a small street. Excellent air con and wifi, as well as a comfy bed and pillows. Shower good with big bottles of shampoo and shower gel provided. Great location in Silom and just a few minutes walk to Chong Nonsi BTS station. Huge swimming pool on top of adjacent apartment building.

All good and excellent value. Some bits need a little refresh where worn a little.

Nice location in Silom. The premier room was big and comfortable. It was located in another building, connected to the building where the reception is. There's a convenience store very close.

You had to cross the street and go to another house to use the pool. They didn't provide more than one towel at the pool, even though I asked for two.
